Fall is in full swing in our home and I love it! From spiced candles and treats, to a fire-lit living room at night, the only thing that's missing is fall decor. {I sold all of my stuff in FL before our big move.}
Today, I picked up a few pumpkins at my local grocery store and hope to make them chic.
From glitter to paint, the options are endless. I'm not sure just how I plan on displaying my fabulous pumpkins, but I'll be sure to share once I decide.
Here are a few photos of inspiration...

Are you planning to decorate with pumpkins this year?
XO
All of those pumpkins are so pretty! I guess they aren't just for carving anymore!
ReplyDeleteCraving is a family tradition for me, but it's so messy and time consuming and not to mention once carved, the pumpkins on,ly last a day or so. Painting, glittering, bedazzling, etc. it allows you to enjoy that beautiful vegetable all season long! :) -d
DeleteThese pumpkins are so amazing! I love how they can match anything!
ReplyDeletePeople are so creative...love the world of pinterest and google - it gives so much inspiration! -d
DeleteI love pumpkins! I already have some sitting out, but plan to get real ones and paint them as well! Love this season!
ReplyDeleteTake pics if you do paint them! :) I'd love to see what you come up with! -d
DeleteI totally tried the drip paint pumpkin technique and it was a fail. I also painted an entire pumpkin metallic silver, even the stem. I'm trying to make it grow on me, but I'm not too sure about it yet. I miss last years white polka dot pumpkins I made.
ReplyDeleteOh no! Brittany, I hate to hear about your paint disaster. :( That's never good. Polka dots sounds cute. :) I recently saw a cute chevron print that looked like it had been done with painters tape. Maybe that would be a little easier? Let me know if you venture out into the world of painting pumpkins again - hopefully you'll have a story of success to share! {and pics to go along with ;)} -d
