Fashion Friday : Summer Scarves

Summer is winding down but I am not ready for the warm weather to be over. There is one chilly weather trend that I am delighted has carried over into summer though: the scarf. Whether made out of silk, chiffon or cotton, the summer scarf is lighter and sometimes brighter than a winter scarf. It is an easy way to accessorize any outfit, from a dress to cut-off jean shorts.

Wear over a Tee-shirt or tank top to add a splash of color to your outfit. Pair with a jeans and sandals for a late summer look!

Summer Scarves can be tied and wrapped in endless possibilities! Be creative! As with any accessory, there are so many varieties of scarves to choose from. 

For a unique twist, pair your scarf (or scarves!) with multiple necklaces and bracelets!

{Okay, forgive me for the cheesy title today, but I couldn't resist.}

How did I not know about this sooner??

Working on a design project or just need color inspiration?  I found the perfect site for color help - Design-Seeds.  What a great tool!  New color palates are posted daily and you can search the site for specific colors using the "Palate Search," if you have something specific in mind.

I can think of so many times I needed color inspiration or just wanted to see unique blends of color combinations.  This is so handy!  {And the photos used for inspiration are simply gorgeous.}
